Cricket
General Rules (All Formats)
- If there is a change of venue, all bets will stand unless the home and away teams are switched, in which case all bets will be void.
- If a match is cancelled, all bets will be void unless it is replayed within 36 hours of the original start time.
- Unless a price is quoted for the draw, all bets will be void in the event of a draw.
- If a match is abandoned due to external factors (excluding weather), all bets will be void unless settlement has already been determined.
- If an innings ends during an over, that over will be deemed complete for settlement purposes.
- Any bet where the outcome has already been determined will stand.
General Market Rules
Next Over Total Runs
- Includes extras and penalty runs
- The full over must be completed for bets to stand
Next Wicket Method
- If no further wickets fall, bets are void
- Retired batsman does not count as a wicket
Runs at Next Wicket
- At least one ball must be bowled
- If no further wickets fall, bets are void unless already determined
Highest Opening Partnership
- Both opening partnerships must be completed, or outcome already determined
- Defined as runs scored before the first wicket falls
Man of the Match
- Settled on the official award as declared
Player Markets
Top Batsman / Top Bowler
- Bets on players not in the starting XI will be void
- Players in the XI who do not bat/bowl are settled as losers
- Dead-heat rules apply
Next Batsman Out
- Bets void if either batsman retires injured
Runs / Wickets in Specific Overs
- The specified number of overs must be completed unless otherwise stated
Innings Completion Definition
An innings is complete when:
- Team is all out
- Team declares
- Match is won
Match Top Batsman
- Based on highest individual score in the match
- Super over runs do not count
- Limited Overs Matches: Minimum 50% of scheduled overs must be completed per innings
- First-Class Matches: Applies to first innings only; void if fewer than 200 overs bowled unless both first innings completed. Players named at toss count even if replaced. Dead-heat rules apply.
Match Top Bowler
- Based on most wickets taken
- Super over wickets do not count
- Tie-break: Fewest runs conceded wins. If still tied, dead-heat rules apply.
- Match Completion Rules: Same thresholds as Top Batsman apply.
Test Matches / First-Class (4–5 Day Matches)
Match Betting
- Bets stand once 1 ball is bowled
- Official result applies
- Tie: Dead-heat rules apply. Draw bets lose.
Batting Markets
- Top Batsman: First innings only unless stated. Minimum 50 overs required in drawn match.
- Batsman Runs: First innings only.
- Batsman Match Bets: Both players must reach crease.
- To Score 50 / 100: Player must face at least 1 ball. Not-out scores count.
Bowling Markets
- Player Match Wickets: Player must bowl at least 1 ball. First innings only unless stated.
Special Markets
- Hundred in Match: Minimum 200 overs in drawn match.
- Hundred in Innings: Minimum 50 overs unless innings completed.
- Total Match Sixes / Most Sixes: Minimum 200 overs in drawn match. Includes all sixes hit.
- First Innings Lead: Both teams must complete first innings.
Twenty20 (T20)
Match Rules
- Official result applies
- Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) and Super Overs count
- If result is a tie and no tie price offered, bets void
- Minimum Play Requirements: Minimum 10 overs per innings unless all out
Player & Match Markets
- Top Batsman: Requires minimum overs completed
- Batsman Match Bets: Both players must reach crease.
Totals & Sixes Markets
- Bets will be void if overs reduced by 2 or more overs due to external factors.
- Exception: If outcome already determined.
- For matches of 10 overs or fewer: Entire innings must be completed unless already determined.
One-Day Matches (ODI / 40–50 Overs)
Match Rules
- Official result applies
- DLS method counts
- If result is a tie and no tie price offered, bets void
Totals & Sixes Markets
- Bets will be void if overs reduced by 5 or more overs.
- Exception: If outcome already determined.
Player Markets
- Top Batsman: Minimum 50% overs completed
- Batsman Match Bets: Both players must reach crease.
- To Score 50 / 100: Player must face at least 1 ball. Minimum 50% overs or all out.
- 50/100 in Match: Requires near full allocation (allowing <10 overs reduction) or all out.
- Player Wickets: Player must bowl at least 1 ball. Same overs requirement applies.
Series Betting
Series Markets
- Series Winner / Correct Score: Settled on official result. Void if number of matches changes.
- Top Series Batsman / Bowler: Dead-heat rules apply. Player must appear in at least one starting XI.
- Match Bets (Series): Same participation rules apply.
- Bets will be void if the scheduled number of matches in the series is not completed.
Settlement of Wagers
- Settlement will be based on official statistics and recognized governing bodies or official competition sources.
- If official data is unavailable or deemed unreliable, independent sources may be used.
- In cases of conflicting or insufficient evidence, JSB reserves the right to settle bets based on its own records, and such decisions shall be final.
