Bonus Account Overview

The Bonus Account holds virtual (non-cash) credit awarded through promotions and marketing. Bonus Money has no withdrawable value and is used strictly for betting purposes on sports (Pre-Match and Live Betting).

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
• Bonus Bet Settlement: When betting with bonus funds, the stake is not returned. Only the profit (net winnings) is credited to your real-money account upon a winning bet.

Bonus Conversion & Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus Money can only be converted into real funds once all specific wagering requirements and minimum odds have been met.

• Deposit Requirement: No withdrawals will be processed if only Bonus Money has been used. A real-money deposit and wager are required as per the specific promotion rules.
• Interaction with Withdrawals: If a Customer initiates a withdrawal while bonus funds are still active, the entire remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

Free Spins / Free Flights Withdrawal Requirements

• Winnings ≥ N$99: You must deposit and wager at least N$99 in real money within the last 7 days to withdraw.
• Winnings < N$99: You must deposit and wager an amount equal to or greater than the winnings within the last 7 days to withdraw.
• Bonus Flights: Maximum winnings are capped at N$1,000.

Expiry & Forfeiture

• Expiry: Bonus funds have set expiry dates. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Forfeiture: Bonuses and associated winnings will be removed if terms are breached or if a deposit is withdrawn before conditions are fulfilled.

Anti-Abuse & Fair Use

JSB reserves the right to reclaim bonuses and winnings where betting patterns indicate arbitrage, matched betting, or guaranteed profit strategies. Promotions are strictly limited to one per person, household, device, or payment method.

Operator Rights

JSB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion and to refuse or withdraw bonus eligibility from any customer at its sole discretion.
