General Eligibility

No person may apply for an account or place a bet with JSB unless they meet the following criteria:

• Natural Person: Must be an individual. Companies, close corporations, and other legal entities are strictly prohibited from betting.
• Registration: Must accurately complete the Betting Account Registration Form in full (for online customers).
• Acceptance: Must be formally accepted by JSB as an account holder.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compliance: Must not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Good Standing: Must not be blacklisted or deemed unfit to participate by JSB or any relevant regulatory authority.

Customer Declarations

By completing the Betting Account Registration Form, the applicant warrants that they have read, understood, and accepted:

• These General Terms and Conditions.
• All applicable betting rules relating to:
  • Sporting events.
  • Horseracing.
  • Any other lawful contingency published on the website.

Formation of Agreement

By submitting the Registration Form, the applicant applies to JSB to enter into an agreement for the provision of betting services (the “Services”), which include horseracing, sporting events, and other lawful contingencies.

Account Creation

JSB may open a betting account in the name of the applicant (the “Customer”). The account is officially deemed open when:

• JSB formally notifies the applicant of the account activation; OR
• JSB accepts one or more bets from the applicant after receiving the completed Registration Form.
