Binding Nature of Terms

By registering and placing bets, the Customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms. Any claim of ignorance regarding these Terms will not be accepted as a valid defence in any dispute.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• Customers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Any bets placed by underage individuals will be voided immediately, and stakes may be forfeited depending on regulatory requirements.

Stake & Maximum Winnings Limits

The following limits apply per ticket, per customer, and per day:

• Minimum Stake: N$ 0.10 per bet.
• Online Pre-Match Betting: Maximum winnings of N$1,005,000 per bet/account.
• All Other Betting (inc. Promotions): Maximum winnings of N$500,000 per bet/account.
• Syndicates: These limits apply to individual customers, multiple accounts linked to one person, and coordinated betting groups.

Betting Conduct & Responsible Gambling

• Security: Customers must maintain the security of their account access. JSB is not liable for third-party use.
• Related Contingencies: Multiple bets involving related outcomes (where one selection affects another) are not permitted.
• Entertainment: Gambling is for leisure only. Avoid treating betting as a primary source of income.

Operator Rights & Tax Responsibility

• Operator Discretion: JSB reserves the right to refuse any bet, void ambiguous wagers, and apply account restrictions at any time.
• Taxation: Customers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in accordance with Namibian law.

Settlement & Market Rules

• Football: Standard bets are settled on 90 minutes of play (including stoppage time). Extra time and penalties are excluded unless specified.
• Odds: All odds are subject to change. The final price is the one accepted at the time the bet is placed.

Disputes & System Records

In the event of a dispute, JSB’s transaction logs and system records shall be deemed final and authoritative. Complaints must be submitted to info@jsbsports.bet.

• JSB will respond to valid complaints within 30 days.
• Complaints based on a misunderstanding of bet types or minor naming variations will not be considered.

Service Availability & Unforeseen Events

JSB is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues or extraordinary external events. Decisions on matters not explicitly covered in these Terms will be made by JSB and shall be final and binding.
