Ownership of Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, software, proprietary data, and website content, remain at all times the exclusive property of JSB Sports Betting or its licensors.

• No rights are transferred to the Customer through the use of the services.
• The JSB brand, logos, and specific betting data are protected under Namibian and international IP laws.

Permitted Use & Restrictions

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access JSB services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• Prohibitions: Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material found on the platform.
• System Integrity: Modifying, tampering with, or reverse-engineering JSB software or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• Storage: Content may only be downloaded for personal use and stored on a single device.

Geographic & Technical Prohibitions

JSB reserves the right to void bets and terminate accounts where there is evidence of technical manipulation, including:

• Geographic Circumvention: Use of VPNs, Proxies, or location-masking software to bypass jurisdictional restrictions.
• System Interference: Any attempt to disrupt the delivery of services or gain unauthorized access to data.

Fraud, Integrity & Market Manipulation

JSB maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the following activities:

• Criminal Activity: Participation in fraud, money laundering, or illegal betting.
• Event Integrity: Involvement in match-fixing, match-rigging, collusion, or cheating.
• Market Manipulation: Any attempt to artificially manipulate odds, prices, or betting markets.
