All activities, transactions, and agreements between JSB Sports Betting and the Customer are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Namibia. All bets are legally deemed to be placed and received within Namibia, subject to Namibian jurisdiction.

• Tax Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to their winnings under Namibian law.
• Withholding: JSB does not provide tax advice. We do not withhold taxes on behalf of Customers unless explicitly required by updated national legislation or a direct directive from the Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA).

Licensing & Statutory Adherence

JSB operates under valid bookmaker’s licenses issued in Namibia and adheres strictly to all applicable statutes and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Financial Intelligence Act (Act 13 of 2012): Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) protocols.
• Gaming and Entertainment Control Act: Adherence to all gambling-specific legislation and operational standards.
• Regulatory Oversight: JSB cooperates fully with the relevant Namibian gambling boards and financial authorities.
