Methods of Placing Bets

Customers may place bets through the following approved channels:

• The official online platform (internet).
• Approved electronic channels.
• Accredited retail outlets.

Bet Acceptance & Validity

A bet is only valid once it has been officially accepted by JSB’s server. Until that moment, all bet requests are considered an "invitation to treat" and are not binding.

• Official Time: The time recorded on JSB’s wagering system determines acceptance.
• Jurisdiction: All bets are deemed placed and accepted at JSB’s licensed premises in Namibia.

Bet Confirmation & Finality

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Customer.

• Confirmation: Online customers will receive a digital confirmation (viewable in "My Bets"); retail customers will receive a physical bet slip.
• Minimum Stake: The minimum online stake is N$0.10 (Ten Namibian Cents).
• Odds: Odds are subject to change prior to placement but become fixed at the time of acceptance.

Errors & Corrections

While JSB endeavours to ensure total accuracy, JSB does not accept liability for errors in odds, start times, or results.

• Discretion: JSB reserves the right to correct obvious errors at its sole discretion.
• Indemnity: Customers indemnify JSB against any losses arising from such errors or subsequent corrections.

Refusal & Voiding of Bets

JSB reserves the right to refuse or void any bet (in full or in part) at its sole discretion. Specific void conditions include:

• Late Bets: Bets placed after the official start time (unless specifically "In-Play").
• Known Outcomes: Bets placed on events where the result is already known.
• Related Contingencies: Multiple bets where outcomes are correlated (unless offered via Bet Builder).
• Opposing Bets: Placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same event (e.g., both Over and Under). In such cases, the second bet will be void.

Collusion & Fraud

JSB maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward coordinated betting activity and fraud.

• Syndicates: Evidence of collusion or coordinated betting will result in bets being voided, even after settlement.
• Fraud: In cases of misrepresentation or fraud, JSB reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings.

Recording & Operating Hours

• Record Keeping: All transactions and communications may be recorded and stored for dispute resolution, compliance, and legal purposes.
• Hours: Bets are accepted during normal Namibian business hours and any additional times determined by JSB.
