JSB Rights of Suspension or Termination

JSB Sports Betting reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate a Customer’s account at any time, at its sole discretion, and without being required to provide a specific reason for such action.

• Suspension may occur during investigations into suspicious activity.
• Termination results in the permanent cessation of the betting relationship.

Effect of Termination by JSB

Upon the suspension or termination of an account, the following financial protocols apply:

Refund of Available Balances

Upon request, JSB shall refund the remaining account balance to the Customer, provided that:

• All open bets have been officially settled.
• Adjustments for winnings, losses, or incorrect credits have been finalized.
• Applicable statutory taxes and levies have been deducted.
• All deposited funds have been fully cleared by the relevant financial institutions.

Immediate Payment Obligations

Termination by the Customer

A Customer may choose to terminate their relationship with JSB at any time by providing written notice to our support team.

• Conditions: Termination is only finalized once all active bets are concluded and all outstanding debts are settled.
• Refunds: JSB will refund any remaining balance within a reasonable timeframe following a final account reconciliation.

Post-Termination Restrictions

Once an account is terminated, JSB will refuse all further bets from that individual.

• If a Customer wishes to resume betting, they must submit a new account application.
• Approval of a new account is at the sole discretion of JSB and is not guaranteed.
