Transactional Limits & Frequency

To ensure account security and compliance with financial regulations, the following limits are enforced:

Maximum Withdrawal Amount: A single automated transaction may not exceed N$1,000.

Maximum Daily Limit: The total value of automated withdrawals in a 24-hour period is capped at N$5,000.

Frequency Cap: The system will process a maximum of 5 successful withdrawals per day. Any requests exceeding this count will be held for manual review or processed the following day.

Eligibility

Deposit/Turnover Ratio: To prevent balance abuse, an automated withdrawal requires a 1:1 ratio between deposits/turnover and withdrawal requests. If your turnover does not meet this requirement, the auto-withdrawal may be declined.

Processing Delays & Verification

Standard Delay: Every triggered withdrawal is subject to a mandatory 1-minute safety delay before being transmitted to the MTC Maris gateway.

Liability

Users are responsible for ensuring the linked MTC Maris gateway details are accurate. We are not liable for delays caused by MTC Maris gateway outages or third-party network failures.
