NASCAR & Bush Racing
Outright Race Betting
- Field: Includes all drivers not individually listed in the market.
- Qualification: Bets on drivers who fail to qualify for the race are void (no action).
- Race Validity: For bets to stand, the race must be run within 7 days of the scheduled start time.
- Settlement: Based on the official NASCAR race result, even if the race is shortened or stopped early.
Race Driver Match-Ups
General Rules
- Both drivers must start the race (cross the start line) for bets to have action.
- Settlement is based on the official NASCAR classification.
Non-Finish Scenarios
- If one driver fails to finish and the other does, the finishing driver is the winner.
- If both drivers fail to finish:
- The driver completing more laps wins.
- If laps completed are equal, the official finishing position determines the result.
Driver Replacement Rules
- Before Race Start: Replacement results in bets being declared void.
- During Race: Bets stand. The original driver is credited with the finishing position of the replacement driver.
Race Props
- Settled using official NASCAR results. Markets include cautions, caution laps, lead changes, number of leaders, and winning car.
- If the race is shortened and no official result is declared, bets are void.
- Initial grading may use unofficial results, but final settlement will be adjusted to official results.
Qualifying
- Qualifying Match-Ups: Based on fastest lap times, not the final starting grid. If lap times are identical, the driver with the higher grid position wins.
- Participation: The driver must start the qualifying lap. If they do not start, bets are void.
- Incomplete Qualifying: If qualifying is not completed, all qualifying bets are void.
Futures / Season Betting
- Action Rule: Futures bets become active once a driver qualifies for at least 27 races.
- Drivers Championship: Settled on official NASCAR standings (minimum 27 race qualifications required).
Settlement of Wagers
- Settlement is strictly based on official NASCAR results.
- Bets may be initially graded on unofficial results; adjustments are made once official results are confirmed.
- If official data is unavailable, independent sources may be used. In cases of conflict, JSB reserves the right to settle bets based on its own records, and such decisions shall be final.
