Funding a Betting Account

Once a betting account has been successfully created, the Customer may deposit funds by logging into their account using their registered mobile number and secure password, then selecting the “Deposit” function.

Accepted Deposit Methods

JSB accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to:

• Credit / Debit Cards.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Direct Bank Transfers.
• JSB Vouchers: OTT Vouchers and EasyPay (Kazang).
• Third-party E-wallets: Blue Voucher, eWallet, Nedbank eWallet, and Pay2Cell.
• Instant EFT: CallPay or similar providers.
• Retail: Direct in-store deposits.

Bank Transfer & Voucher Rules

• Direct Transfers: Minimum deposit of N$10.00. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• Cash Deposits: Minimum of N$5.00, accepted at JSB's discretion.
• Vouchers: Funds must be played through in full before they become eligible for withdrawal. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4No Credit & Balance Controls

• No Credit: JSB does not offer credit under any circumstances.
• Available Funds: Customers may only place bets using the available account balance.
• No Interest: No interest is payable on account balances held by JSB.
• Negative Balances: If a bet is accepted exceeding the balance due to system error, JSB reserves the right to void the bet or adjust the stake to match the actual balance.

Deposit Verification & Risks

Funds must be received and cleared before bets are placed or withdrawals are processed.

• Reversals: JSB reserves the right to void bets if funds are reversed or disputed (common with eWallet or Blue Voucher transactions).
• Instant EFT: If funds are not confirmed received by JSB before betting activity begins, associated bets will be void.

Fraud & Abuse

If JSB determines a deposit is fraudulent or a Customer is manipulating payment systems, JSB may:

• Void all associated bets and withhold winnings.
• Suspend or permanently ban the account.
• Retain remaining balances and report the activity to the relevant Namibian authorities.
