Transaction Records as Primary Evidence

The Customer and JSB Sports Betting agree that the transaction log database maintained on JSB’s secure servers shall constitute prima facie (legally sufficient) proof of the following:

• The existence and details of any specific betting transaction.
• The applicable terms, conditions, and odds at the time the bet was struck.
• The official outcomes and resulting of all wagers.

Right to Lodge Complaints

We value our customers' feedback and provide a formal channel for resolving issues. Customers have the right to submit a complaint regarding any aspect of their betting experience.

• Submission Method: All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@jsbsports.bet.
• Investigation: JSB undertakes to investigate all valid complaints and provide a formal response within 30 days of receipt.

Invalid Grounds for Dispute

To ensure operational efficiency, the following scenarios will not be considered valid grounds for a dispute unless clear evidence of a JSB system error is provided:

• User Error: Misunderstanding of specific bet types, markets, or the interpretation of selections.
• Naming Confusion: Confusion arising from similar team/player names, common abbreviations, or standard naming conventions used in the industry.

Uncovered Scenarios & Operator Discretion

Such decisions by JSB shall be final and binding, subject to the overarching applicable laws of Namibia and relevant gambling regulatory bodies.
