Right to Adjust or Cancel

JSB Sports Betting reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to take the following actions regarding any bet found to have been accepted in error:

• Adjust: Modify the stake or the potential payout.
• Limit: Apply a maximum cap to the wager.
• Cancel or Reject: Void the bet entirely and return the stake to the Customer.

Official Price Corrections

In the high-speed environment of sports betting, data transmission errors can occur. If an official correction is made regarding a price (odds) that was previously incorrectly transmitted:

• All bets struck at the original incorrect price shall be re-settled at the corrected price.
• This ensures that the wager aligns with the actual risk and probability at the time the bet was placed.

System Malfunctions & Skewed Odds

• The bet will be deemed to have taken place at the correct market price which was available at the time the bet was struck.
• All winning bets will be settled at these corrected market prices.
• JSB acts as the final arbiter in determining what constitutes a "skewed" price based on industry-standard data feeds.
