Exclusion from Betting Activity
Right to Self-Exclusion
JSB Sports Betting is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The Customer may, at any time, request a temporary or permanent exclusion from all betting activities. This includes the immediate suspension or closure of their betting account.
Self-Exclusion Options
Players may choose from the following tiered exclusion periods:

| Semi-Permanent Suspension | Minimum of 3 months |
| Permanent Self-Exclusion | Account closed permanently |
Request & Reactivation Process
- How to Request: You must contact JSB via official support channels. Identity verification may be required to process the request.
- Permanent Status: In cases of permanent exclusion, any remaining real-money funds will be returned, but all bonus balances will be forfeited. The account will never be reactivated.
- Reactivation: For temporary suspensions, reactivation is not automatic. You must submit a written request after the period expires, which is then subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before access is restored.
Enforcement: While JSB takes all reasonable measures to prevent access to excluded accounts, the Customer remains primarily responsible for honoring their commitment to stay away from gambling platforms.
