General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSB Sports Betting’s total liability to the Customer for any damages, from any cause whatsoever (including negligence), shall be strictly limited as follows:

• Bet-Related: Liability is limited to the actual amount staked on the specific bet in question.
• Account-Related: Liability is limited to the available account balance, calculated after all winnings, losses, taxes, and prior adjustments have been finalized.

Exclusion of Damages & "As-Is" Service

JSB provides its services, systems, and content on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSB shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of actual or potential winnings, or any indirect or consequential damages.
• System failures, network congestion, or communication interruptions that prevent a Customer from placing a bet.
• Unauthorized access to data or security breaches beyond JSB's reasonable control.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

JSB shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, or pandemics.
• War, riots, civil unrest, or legislative/regulatory changes.
• Power failures, telecommunications outages, or hardware/software theft.

Payment System Failures

JSB is not responsible for failures, delays, or malfunctions within third-party systems, including EFT platforms, card processing networks, or mobile money providers. Any resulting loss or expense is the sole risk of the Customer.

Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JSB, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• The Customer's use of the services or breach of these Terms.
• Any legal or regulatory issues arising from the Customer's participation in betting, especially if such activity is restricted in their specific jurisdiction.
