Proof Of Indebtedness
Certificate of Balance
For all legal and operational purposes arising from these Terms, a Certificate of Balance issued by JSB Sports Betting shall serve as prima facie (at first sight) proof of the Customer’s indebtedness to the operator.
Authorised Signatories
Such a certificate may be signed by any duly authorised official of JSB, including but not limited to:
- Directors or Managers.
- Assistant Managers or Traders.
- Accountants or Financial Officers.
It shall not be necessary for JSB to prove the specific authority or appointment of the signatory for the certificate to be considered valid.
Evidentiary Status
Sufficient Evidence: The certificate shall be deemed sufficient evidence of the existence of the debt and the exact amount owed, unless the Customer can provide conclusive proof to the contrary.
Final Principle: JSB’s certified statement of account constitutes valid and enforceable proof of any amounts owed by the Customer in any legal or recovery proceedings.
