General Right to Void Bets

JSB Sports Betting reserves the right to declare any bet wholly or partially void where necessary to protect the fairness, integrity, and proper operation of the betting markets.

Circumstances for Voiding Bets

Errors & Technical Issues

A bet may be voided if it was offered, placed, or accepted due to human error, system error, incorrect data, or technical malfunctions. This includes bets accepted during website failures or connectivity issues.

Syndicate Betting (Strictly Prohibited)

If syndicate betting is identified, JSB reserves the right to:

• Void all related bets and withhold winnings permanently.
• Suspend or terminate all involved accounts.
• Investigate linked accounts and delay withdrawals pending the outcome.

Known Outcomes & Integrity Concerns

• Late Bets: Bets placed after an event has started (unless via official Live Betting) or once the outcome is known are void.
• Integrity: JSB may void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, price manipulation, or if the event is under investigation by governing bodies.

Malfunctions

A malfunction includes any technical, operational, or software error affecting the platform. In the event of a malfunction that alters normal operation or produces incorrect outcomes, all affected bets will be voided.

Timing & Accumulators

• Decision Timing: JSB may void bets before settlement, after settlement, or even after the notification of winnings if a breach is discovered.
• Multiple Bets: If a selection within an accumulator is voided, that specific selection is removed, and the remaining bets continue at adjusted odds.

Postponed or Abandoned Events

In the case of postponed or abandoned events, JSB may choose to void the bets or carry them forward to the rescheduled date. JSB’s decision in these matters is final.

Refunds & Errors on Slips

• Refunds: When a bet is officially voided, the stake is returned to the Customer's account balance.
• Bet Slips: JSB reserves the right to void or correct bets containing obvious system errors, duplicate selections, or conflicting markets.
